Pros
The team at GridMarkets is very passionate about the company and highly skilled. There are many new and interesting challenges to work on. A highly collaborative model is used to get things done.
Cons
Much of the collaboration is virtual - given the many geographic locations over which GridMarkets operates. GridMarkets customers and suppliers are in all corners of the world. The GridMarkets team is also in varied locations. There is, as a result, a virtual, but not a physical, "water cooler" which may not be for everyone.
