      TechStack used in this company is good. (Not talking about it's implementation)

      Cons

      Management is very very poor. They don't care about the employers. No one is technically sound in this company. CTO is not at all technical. You can't see yourself growing. They can fire you anytime. They don't provide any solution to your problems. There is no vision of the company.
