-micro management -too much partiality -zero work life balance -Work like Senior Engineer & you will get salary like peon -Everything decided by VP but when it comes to appraisal no one gets involved in the process -pressurized for work by VP & managers -too small office & structure like a small tuition classes. -Hr's are the puppet of seniors management. Not at all supportive. -Managers are too rude and harsh -VP & managers take meetings at midnight most of the time -whenever you wants any help they will respond never your calls and messages early -poor management
