      Fast paced environment Great opportunity to innovate - your free to come up with new ways of doing things regardless of seniority Minimal red tape, stuff gets done and get's done quick Proactive development & training available Remote first workplace - rare breed

      Fast Paced - if you're used to big corporate where 8 people work on 1 policy and take 6 months to implement

      Pros

      Highly flexible, primarily remote, monthly Mental Health Day, regular team lunches, training opportunities. Leadership is genuinely part of the team! Gridware invest in their people. I did not want to move on.

      Cons

      None worth mentioning. The business closes 2 weeks before Christmas, which made it difficult to finish ahead of the long break.

      Pros

      The unique blend of backgrounds, skills, specialisations and hobbies ensures that Gridware punches well above its weight. Morale is excellent, management actually listens to the troops, and staff are afforded the flexibility to perform at their best, without the constraints of red tape and internal politics commonly found in other organisations. Gridware's work-life balance is the best in the industry, by far.

      Cons

      Gridware is an organisation that has a "remote-first" policy which can sometimes lead to logistical challenges with such a widespread, national team. However, everyone goes above and beyond to support others, so this is less of a "con" and just a different way of working that some coming into the organisation may not accustomed to.
