*My paid wages are decent *Dental benefits are excellent

*Lack of support from upper management *Have not followed through on anything they said since I have started *Completely overworked, currently doing 17hr days 2-3 times a week * One if the most unprofessional qualities of this company is they will not get you the help you need when you ask for it, it has been the expectation to be able to do it all and I currently even had my temp help removed do to coating too much.

I have worked at Griffis Blessing for going on 6 months now. It by far has been one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Higher management truly cares about their employees. There is constant growth opportunities within the company which is always great too. They are always investing in new classes, and extending your knowledge on your position and the industry.
