Work schedule is adjustable for the most part.
Cons
Not paid remotely what you're worth. High turnover rates. Favoritism from Chef, and other management. No opportunity for growth for BOH staff.

Pros
Can get away with anything if you are willing to flirt and sleep with the gm. If you are professional who doesn't play that game, expect your hours to be cut and to get all the worst shifts basically until you are pushed out. If you are a female don't apply here.
Cons
They pull you in with their rouse of professionalism. After weeks of training, you realize you are just working in a "upscale" applebees.
