I hated every day of working for this company.

Cons

This company was just pure politics. Every level of management was giving different directions. Management all covers for each other and claim that everything is the individual contributors fault when it goes wrong. I talked to coworkers about issues and all of them were too scared to say the truth of what was happening to management.

-Really great coworkers -Flexibility in terms of working from home -Great benefits -Interesting projects -Relaxed environment and managers -Many opportunities for advancement and learning new tech -Diverse set of employees

Cons

Since managers are also developers, their priorities are client projects and less managing. Many projects have no (or low amounts of) code review, which has caused a few headaches when trying to clean up down the road. Projects don't always start and finish neatly, and many hands may touch on a project before it's done.

Positive work culture. Work and building software comes first. Politics and selfish personal advancement don't exist. Very friendly and genuine employees.

Cons

Bart ride to Montgomery station can be a bit long. I can't stop eating the snacks.
