Pros

1. Chill atmosphere, no one to question product management as no one understands it. QA and Design people are PMs here. 2. Good hike if you bootlick properly 3. Work from home - people don't pick call and are mostly found sleeping.

Cons

1. No learnings 2. Incompetent people 3. High politics

Pros

#Some talented team members who genuinely care about their work. #Opportunity to work on diverse projects and gain fast-paced experience.

Cons

1. The overall work culture, especially in the marketing team, is unhealthy and lacks transparency. 2. There is almost no work-life balance — employees are often expected to be available beyond regular hours. 3. Very high employee turnover; several people have left without alternative offers due to poor management and stressful conditions. 4. Skilled professionals may find it difficult to thrive, as favoritism often outweighs merit. 5. Deadlines are frequently unrealistic, creating unnecessary pressure on creative and production teams. 6. The review process for creative work (design, video, motion graphics) can feel biased and inconsistent. 7. Management changes have been frequent, but the underlying issues in culture and leadership style remain unresolved. 8. Decision-making is often influenced by internal politics and favoritism rather than performance or results. 9. Overall, the environment can hinder creativity, growth, and mental well-being.
