      Pros

      Gritworld is pushing the boundaries and keeping up with the tech giants, colleagues get to use and apply state of the art algorithms. It is a developer-first company, so all the systems in place are to enable the developers to strive for the best, including most up to date tools and development environments. With flat hierarchy everybody's opinion matters, and all colleagues are consulted on new tech or tools.

      Cons

      Expectations from a colleague in Gritworld is quite high. Due to flat hierarchy, the isolation is not an option, and majority of the colleagues interact with others very often. Gritworld expects everyone to stay on top of the competition and keep themselves up to date on new technologies and tools.

      Pros

      The colleagues are amazing. Talented people, but also open to really connect with each other. For them I'm sad they're still there.

      Cons

      CEO has no idea what he wants and he promotes whoever agrees with him. On long term, if you disagree with anything any of the leaders from the Chinese studio say, then you're out.
