One of the reasons we have such a thorough interview process is to ensure that people fully understand the position before they start. I'm disappointed that you didn't feel like it was what you expected from the job title. I can understand that you thought a key account manager was a manager position. It's actually an account manager position, meaning that we do sales and manage customer's existing accounts for At&t. There is a lot of growth into a managerial position in the future, but we only promote from within so you would start doing retail sales and also managing key customers accounts . Those that are successful doing this have an opportunity to grow into a management position within the first few years.
