They hired new, outside people as regional managers who had no experience whatsoever in their role, which undermined the company as a whole. Upper level staff would take the word of the inexperienced, new RM, over your word as a valued, nearly 10 year employee. Personal issues and/or jealousy should not be a determining factor in one's standing with the company. This woman did everything she could to sabotage me and eventually succeeded in doing so. Considering my previous RM was one of the owners daughter's and had zero problems with my property, it was was shocking.
More loyalty to the original company is necessary. My property never dropped below a 97% occupancy rate. New RM changed that, I'm sure, once I was gone.
