There are no pros. Gary Grossinger is a money pinching millionaire that wants hard work but doesn't want to pay his employees.

Cons

Work long hours. Never appreciate your hard work. Wants change but doesn't have the patience to let it take effect. Rides u on little things but doesn't do his do diligent in making sure things are right before going off. Revolving door place.

The worst management structure and employee turn over I have ever experienced in a company in all levels of the company. Grown man-child like staff with no sense of direction. Horrible compensation plan. No accountability when company makes mistakes on commission payouts.
