Having recently finished university, I wanted to find a job that offered development as well as a stable and friendly work environment, Grosvenor Systems offers everything I was looking for. - Willing to put a lot of time and investment into the development of their employees (growth potential) - Family orientated working environment - Great benefits and staff initiatives - Relaxed atmosphere
Cons
Like a lot of smaller companies with low levels of hierarchy, there is less opportunity for progression, however there is plenty of opportunity for development and making any role your own
