Owner has trust issues, micromanagement of the highest magnitude, no life work balance 12+ hour days and 6 days a week the norm, processes for processses stifles productivity. This is an extremely toxic work environment nobody goes home happy.

Ownership and Upper Management are inexperienced and have no clue how to effectively manage people. Focus is on the negative all the time and there is no real structure in upper management.
Owner is excessively Micro Managing and no letting Managers make decisions which frustrates the management staff and ties their hands as to getting involved in the day to day management for fear of retaliation from upper management.
