      great R&D environment and an excellent product company

      Pros

      - Great product. The engineers and researchers are top-class. - Good vision. It took many years to realize and educate the market but is worth it. - Corporate hierarchy kept at a reasonable minimum; friendly team. - Great flexibility in role; learned a lot from this experience.

      Cons

      Engineering-oriented strategy, which is sometimes too conservative for marketing purpose. Competitors have weaker products but bolder marketing. The best product isn't necessary the best seller.

      Pros

      really leading technology years ahead of the market. great people. most visionary and inventive CEO I have ever met. I always believe this company will become something very big someday given enough resource and time.

      Cons

      late night calls and lots of traveling. must pick up new technology quickly.

      Pros

      The tech is solid, the platform is welcomed by operators, and the data monetization products are novel and timely. It has relatively flat company structure that allows for interactions across all levels. I have support from my supervisor and feel empowered to drive my accounts. You will get rewarded for a job well done. When you see perspective customers chasing you, you know that you are heading in the right direction although the sales cycle is long.

      Cons

      The time difference is tough. Groundhog has a long history, so it took time to digest the complicated products.
