    Pros

    Worked with many wonderful teammates

    Cons

Less than ideal organizational structure. Skeptic and unsecure leadership in delivery that surrounds self with likeminded cronies led to many unqualified people with self serving interest in leadership

    Advice to Management

Start fixing the organization from the top

I have been working at Groundswell Group full-time

    Pros

    Convenient office close to downtown

    Cons

Senior management arrogance puts them out of touch. BI leader lacks qualifications other than connections and delivery executive support

    Advice to Management

Qualifications, not connections, used for promotions

I worked at Groundswell Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They seem to be always hiring

    Cons

Groundswell Group doesn't believe in its own people for senior management or leadership roles. These positions are almost always reserved for outside connections, that get parachuted in, handed quick successive promotions to make it to the top.

    Advice to Management

Why not trust the people who made the company what it is

I have been working at Groundswell Group full-time

    Pros

Pay is almost same as market. Poor benefits

    Cons

Changes all the time in the seven years I am with Groundswell. Recently all changes are about growing empires of those who are favourites, and no other rationale. Disruptive leadership costs them both key staff and clients.

    Advice to Management

Get strategic leader that cares about Groundswell more than empire building

    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The clients are good and you learn from them. Ideally you would be guiding them.

    Cons

Senior leadership finds ways to make your bonus shrink every year even as the company grows. The choice of leader is only based favouritism. They promote the favourites very fast to the top of the practice, without showing much more skills than peers. The good and skilled ones leave sick of politics, leaving those favourites who offer no real substance.

    Advice to Management

Fixing culture breakdown is more than color workshops. Your clients expect real value not sales fluff.
