      Pros

      Nice perks: company outings and annual bonuses. Decent benefits. Could be a great experience depending on your department or manager.

      Cons

      Wages not competitive. Favoritism, elitism, unfair annual reviews, verbally abusive managers with upper management turning a blind eye. Unable to plan your PTO in advance nor take time off when required. HR department crippled and unable or unwilling to hear both sides of a story. Business built upon one large client. Rampant turnover. Worst experience I have ever had.

      Pros

      Latest technology, set up properly from the first day you arrive so that you can do your job Company owner really cares about his employees

      Cons

      For me the commute was horrible but obviously that's not the company's fault but it's the main reason I left IT Manager quite nasty, criticizes doesn't praise. I found out when I resigned that CIO said I was better than anyone they'd had for the position .

      Good work/lief balance, little perks like company outings and logo apparel

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive, little to no opportunity for promotion, long term outlook is unstable, sales team can make a sale to save their lives, loyalty is often valued over quality employee
