It’s been a pleasure working with such management. I’ve had an overall good experience so far, but I’ve been left wanting more. I have learned some precious people skills and worked with most incredible people (both seniors and coworkers). My pay is competitive here , compared to other jobs in the area.
Cons
We should definitely be paid more than what we are now.
