      Pros

      There are a couple nice people. But most of them left.

      Cons

      Everything! They want you to be “part of the team” but do NOTHING (and at times actively discourage you) from feeling part of the team. The management is HORRIBLE. I wouldn’t advice my worst enemy to work there.

      Lovely culture and people Collaborative nature , forward thinking Excellent service to clients

      Cons

      HR /CEO poor communicators. Unable to effectively provide updates and future strategy in professional manner. Management require training and a communications team to check notifications going to all staff. Poor company benefits, not inclusive for women, GTI only matches statutory maternity pay. Considering such a high % of workforce is female this is shocking and well below what other companies are offering !

      Pros

      -diverse duties -flexible working time I don't have any additional pros.

      Cons

      -very closed company culture (they are not opened towards new people) -there were days that literally no one has spoken to me -not opened for meeting anyone new -I felt like intruder in the office -they hire a lot of temp workers which are only a cheap labor work, treated as if not seen(they do not even say hello to them, not looking at them) -not opened for new ideas
