      Offered tuition reimbursement after 2 years of service. Good benefits and 401k match up to 6%. Worked with some great staff.

      Cons

      Little room for advancement unless you know someone. Lots of resentment when asked to learn new tasks. Not enough diversity at certain practices. Low pay for amount of work done
