      Pros

      Supportive and caring management, no office politics, mutual respect among all participants, relaxed and convivial work environment, consultants are empowered to make high level decisions, freedom to be creative, interesting and diverse projects. Cannot say enough about the fantastic culture and leadership here!

      Cons

      Working at a professional services firm means there is uncertainty for the future. If projects dry up, so do your hours billed. This can be stressful for those who cannot afford to lose any income.
