Pros
Fantastic network and clients with a clear business strategy and vision and as much flexibility as you need - a grown up working culture. The business is the people and they are really nice people. Better for those who are established rather than starting out - work on more senior level mandates plus a lot of cross-border work. Very global and free reign to build and get involved in running the business
Cons
There really aren’t many aside from you need to be passionate about the industry-there’s a real drive here to do more than the day job and really try and transform things
