      Pros

      Great place to work due to culture, competitive salary, and projects. Career progression and training is readily available. Rarely have to work back which brings a great work-life balance. Have really enjoyed my time.

      Cons

      The tired interior design of the studio. It’s embarrassing to bring clients through.
