Micromanagement, unprofessional talk behind your back by management, managers being useless and not helping and expecting unrealistic numbers, no clear path to move up if you actually want to use your degree your pretty much stuck there, its a churn n burn operation. Managers don't care about you but act like they do , underpay you for the work you do , even if your a top performer and have no life you still make too little for it to be worth the energy.

Diversity does not exist here. People here learn to be successful by keeping their heads down and being agreeable rather than being encouraged to be curious and challenging ways of thinking. If you have an alternative opinion, keep it to yourself. Also they will hound you to do the engagement survey but it is anything but anonymous. (Unless you plan on giving perfect scores, don't do the survey as you will be singled out for it). Do not trust the HR team. Salaries are also consistently lower than the market. High turnover.
