They have no recognition for their employees, the management allows themselves to disrespect employees. When I gave my resignation notice they refused to hear why I was quitting from lower to upper management and the owner itself. Regardless of all the efforts and extra hours you put in they do not value or appreciate all your time dedicated to them.
Felt like I was just a number, awful experience.
