Most chaotic management ever who don’t care for their staff at all. WFH is severely frowned upon and despite promises made at interview stage they make you jump through often impossible hoops to be able to work from home. Employee handbook stated sick pay after probation but then we were told no sick pay. Many of us said we’d happily wfh when sick to protect our colleagues and to not take time off but this was not allowed but then exceptions were made for some. 0 consequences for not following processes even when this cost the customer thousands. No consideration for staff well being, 0 benefits and an attitude of you can’t work enough hrs even though everyone worked their contracted. Extremely high staff turnover with 5 people leaving on 6 months.
