Toxic work environment, very competitive and some employees (not managers) have too much negative influence on the executive members. A lot of back stabbing and gossip. Disorganized and non-functional company (no processes) and the work load is ernomous. You get a great annual-based salary at first but you work 50 hours + to get your tasks done. Less than 2% increase per year. People get titles very fast but it’s just to keep them. They get promotions without coaching or mentorship. Then they get burnt out and leave. People don’t stay long. Direction members are as toxic as many employees - they are all about finding the guilty person in any situation, not the solution.
