Too many leaders for one job, so brings the team down by miss communication, or mix leadership. Difficult to find your voice when people have been here for years on your level.

The management is horrible and incompetent. A Look-over-your-shoulder management culture. The rest of the org gossips. people are really immature "X gets shinny bobble why can't I have a shiny bobble???" Brain drain, no one knows their systems and the people that know anything gatekeep for superiority / job safety. nothing is documented. Management Lied to the TWC, thankfully I documented everything. Den of snakes AVOID
