Leaning about modular construction and being able to watch the factory from the office

There was no HR Department at the time, high turnover of staff.

Absolutely none, high salaries on offer are not worth it
Cons
Privately owned means you cannot make any decisions without running it past the upper management, who make you jump through hoops and move the goalposts.
