Pros
- Incredibly talented, capable and accountable staff. Some of the best people in the ad business at what they do. - Owner deeply cares about the people and the community - Clients say Grow is one of their best partners
Cons
- At times, a stressful environment because owner has a high bar of excellence - As a result of caliber of staff, attention to detail, and high level of craft, company is best suited for working with deep pocket clients doing their "fun" projects (often their low reach but deep engagement projects). This can make projects with many other clients (still blue chip, but non-big tech) feel budget challenged, or simply unrealistic.

The people at Grow are by far the biggest contributor to its success. We're blessed to have a lot of talented employees without any of the big egos.
Cons
Geography can sometimes hinder us.
