Cons
- Salary is not very high and is divided between base salary + monthly "travel" allowance - Not that many benefits - Not much contact with the actual company, aside from people that are directly responsible for you - Still growing, not a big number of clients - No area of expertise, offering general IT consultancy. Might be difficult to get projects if you intend on working on a specific area - Not much room for growth inside the company
