Pros

The work environment is very good. It is an online tutoring company.The technical team and the quality team all of them support you a lot as you work from home .

Cons

The tutoring fee paid to the tutor per hour is less. There are a number of times the tutor waits for the student but student does not turn up.Tutor is not paid even a minimum amount for such session.
