Pros
Flexibility in scheduling and allowing full & part timers to take time to be with Family! Just had my 12th Anniversary & from day one I have always been respected as an individual. The support from owners and upper management is tops in the restaurant industry!
Cons
Going thru some tough times with the economy, but they have always been straight forward with what they are doing.
