Pros

Employees make it a fun atmosphere. Good and healthy snacks provided. They do monthly Birthday celebrations for us which is nice.

Cons

If Growth, LLC had a true "Glass Door" and Brendon Burchard could see what is really going on in here, most of us believe he would not allow it or have his name attached to it. The vast majority of the Sales Team feel that Growth, LLC is out of alignment with the message and teachings of Brendon Burchard. The turnover rate is extremely high. It is a sales "Mill", a revolving door. In my time here at least 25 people have been fired or have quit and were immediately escorted out. This company offers a $50k base salary, average health benefits and pays 5% commission on a $6,000-$25,000 sale. This (5%) is below the industry standard for high ticket sales and you will bust your butt to earn $70k a year. The majority of the sales team do not feel appreciated or paid their value, which is why they can’t keep good workers. It is a running joke amongst the employees that there is no Growth at "Growth" for the workers, only for the paying clients. Note that it will take several months to ramp up your commissions (which it is nice to have the base salary for a cushion) and when you leave or get fired from the company you will LOSE ALL of the pipeline commissions that you have earned from those who paid on payment plans. If you are seeking an opportunity for growth, company culture, security and longevity, this is not the company for you. This company and this job is all about the numbers and quota. If that speaks to you, you will be a great fit. This review was crafted from 4 different employee opinions and experiences from the Sales Team, some of which are seeking new opportunities elsewhere and one whom was fired this year.

Pros

Free snacks and fun people.

Cons

This is the same people who ran Trump university and used shady sales tactics to get what they want. It’s a company that takes advantage of poor people and fleeces them so they can get rich. If you have no morals or integrity, apply. Look up CEO and trump university and see for yourself.

Pros

I went into work every day surrounded by people working on personal development goals. Every meeting felt like a pep talk not just for my professional work, but for me, personally. Growth made me a better person and helped me to get out of my comfort zone and grow in ways I had not anticipated. My coworkers were amazing and I made many friends personally and professionally. All in all this job was a huge step up toward my future and professional goals. Also, there were free healthy snacks every day to keep up the energy in the office.

Cons

I wish I could have worked here longer, but I had to leave because I moved out of state.
