The owner loves to make big promises to incentivize the staff, but never followed through. The office is pathetic and kind of gross. The coffee maker was never cleaned, the equipment barely works, and there is no focus on ergonomic optimization, even though you are expected to sit for 8 hours while you write. Also, let’s be honest, there is really no need for an office at all since everything can be done remotely - writing and development both. Also, the staff was squeezed into small rooms together while COVID continued to threaten us. It’s just pathetic and unsafe.
