      Pros

      Genuine people focus; helpful, friendly and engaged people across the board; fantastic opportunities to learn and grow skills, with possibility to work globally; engaged leaders who really want to support people; good balance of meeting vs getting the work done (rare post-covid!).

      Cons

      Silo's (that are starting to break down) based on past history - although worth noting staff in each practice are key in starting to break down the barriers and work together more

      Management are open, no BS, genuinely caring people Company is growing and doing cool stuff Good for flex work/working from home when you want to Neat perks, get your birthday off work for example People socialise lots and it’s a fun atmosphere, no suits

      Cons

      Still relatively new after combination of companies into one listed vehicle so some things to iron out like what does it all mean Lots of offices so spend a bit of time on planes
