Pros

Great place for freshers and interns to start their career and interact with young industry experts.

Cons

Company does not know how to treat mid-level or senior professionals. Does not value experience. Leadership doesn't think the organization needs a dedicated HR department, which goes to say a lot about how the company runs i.e. without any processes. Oh, and you are also expected to work while sick, because toxic hustle culture. This one time I requested my manager for a sick leave and he refused saying how so-and-so employee had worked from his hospital bed with COVID. Slow claps only.

Pros

No pros per say, as far as I can tell.

Cons

Not market level salary Biggest downside is micromanagement, it's like a school, you have fixed time to punch in, or you loose salary, strict No to WFH, if you do again a salary cut. You have no HR for ay redressal , it's just yiu and your manager, and the Head of engineering is a technically incompetent guy, who is hired only for the namesake, as they want to raise funding. Overall not a place one shall go to work for

Pros

Nothing specific apart from few free items like maggie, and fruits

Cons

Leadership in Name Only - no specific direction of company No HR Structure – There’s no actual HR. All decisions are made by the same people you're likely to complain about. Feedback goes into a black hole, and if you do raise a concern, chances are you'll be "mysteriously" let go soon after. Zero Career Growth – No learning, no mentorship, no structured progress. The company constantly struggles with finances and planning. Promotions and opportunities are mostly optics or based on internal politics. Data Manipulation Culture – Performance numbers are routinely tweaked to favor a select few. Transparency doesn't exist. If something looks too good to be true, it’s probably been edited in Excel at midnight/or before meetings. Regional Favoritism – If you speak a particular language or come from a specific region, you’ll feel right at home. Otherwise, prepare to feel sidelined, no matter your skills or contributions. Toxic Work Culture – Prejudices are normalized, favoritism is celebrated, and backchanneling is the default mode of operation. Trust is rare, and you’ll quickly learn to second-guess every decision or promise. Main Red Flag: The Power-Hungry Core – The company’s rot stems from a few individuals at the center who control everything without competence. They’ve built a bubble of ego, and everyone else pays the price for it. Join only if you have no other option. Learn what you can, document everything, and plan your exit early. This isn’t a stepping stone—it’s a cautionary tale.
