From a former employee, I would look for work somewhere else
Pros
Culture - Culture is okay, not great. They will have employee appreciate parties once every two months and someone often brings in foods or deserts for the office, once a week. There is also a company IM baseball team. There is also a good mix of diversity amongst the employees - you do not have to worry about being discriminated or perceived negatively based on your race, age, sex, etc.
Cons
Competitive and Cliquey Culture - This is the type of place where if you leave right at 5pm, you are talked about negatively within the office. When I joined, there were already cliquey groups within the organization. These groups did not put any effort into inviting me in or including me in outside activities. Especially since a large percentage of the people that work here are under 30 years old, this creates a social environment that felt very similar to that of high school or college. Very bad pay and little-to no room for bonuses or rasies - One time, an all-hands meeting was called to inform the company that not only will there be no tolereance for discussing salaries amongst employees, but that raises or bonuses were almost certainly not guranteed. The next week, one of the owners drove into work with a new Bentley Continental GT. But most importantly, you will never feel accomplished at this organization. Essentially you are selling super cheap products for a premium price, just to fill the pockets of the executive team. You will not get any sense of reward here because all of the victories are in monetary value which ends up going straight to the owners. Any victories you achieve are not your own, but are those of the owners and operating partners.
