      Payment on time, parking place and free meal.

      Cons

      Strict rules that make no sense. Someone will eventually clock you coffee break and complain. You can't touch your phone, even when you have nothing to do to for a full week. If you arrive 3 minutes late, they will deduct 15min from your vacation (the list of stupid rules go on...)
