      Pros

      Decent pay and Clay Grubb is a great guy to work for.

      Cons

      Folks Clay have in management roles and team lads lack personal skills to lead or manage properties. Hopefully Clay catches on quick because he has lost a lot of good employees in the last two years. Mes. Stella was one of them.

      Image is Spotless - Ethics are Not

      Pros

      Management can put on a good show, and they know the right things to say. They have a spotless image, and most people in the real estate community have a good opinion of them which is what counts to management.

      Cons

      Ethics! Ethics! Ethics! If it helps their image, you can get anything done and lots of money to do it. If it's not going to get good press or attract investors, forget about it. They hire young, inexperienced people who are too eager to please and don't know enough about the law or how things should be done.

      Good but could be better

      Pros

      Good people who do care about you. The company is (was?) family-owned and you could feel that. I worked there during the recession and they still tried to find a way to compensate employees (more holidays, extra vacation) even if your salary could not reflect it.

      Cons

      Management needed to be more engaged. There were too many people who benefited off of the work of others but upper management seemed totally unaware. If they had looked just below the surface they would have found out that the people getting paid 90% of the money were doing 10% of the work.
