      Sales focussed business with technically excellent product

      Stable environment, great facilities and location

      Cons

      low value for anyone other than sales, no improvement ambition as a business, stuck in the 1970's, silo departments, low high blame culture, majority of staff are ill-mannered and unprofessional , factory workers are treated poorly and therefore respond poorly
