Pros

The office located in the heart of Bethesda near lots of restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The president & managing principal are amazing, inspiring people. An established support system exists for women in the company. Employee cultural events are plentiful and always well-organized. Employees are offered a large benefits package.

Cons

While most teams function very well offer a lot of great experience for staff of all levels, there is no support system for people of color (POC). A disproportionate percentage of POC leave the firm. Some reasons can include the lack of support, being given most unfavorable work tasks, and being treated unfairly with constant criticism & negativity with no mentorship.
