We appreciate your comment about staff turnover. As a smaller company, we understand that limited internal roles can sometimes make long-term progression a challenge. That said, we're actively working on ways to better support development and retention - whether that’s through clearer career pathways, expanded responsibilities or more structured learning opportunities.
