Pros
- Great people to work with. - Flexible work schedule and vacation time. - Office location. - If you need something, the management helps you out. I enjoyed my time at Guaranteed SEO. It was a great experience that allowed me to work on interesting projects.
Cons
- Workload may be a bit higher time to time but nothing unusual for an agency life.

- Your co-workers are generally good people, or perhaps it's the comparison effect
Cons
- The owner has obvious anger management issues that needs to be treated - The dog is untrained, and barks at every customer that walks in the door - There is no basic respect for you. You get yelled at for being the person of the closest proximity - You are often apologizing on behave of the company because the owner yelled at the client
