      Pros

      - Great people to work with. - Flexible work schedule and vacation time. - Office location. - If you need something, the management helps you out. I enjoyed my time at Guaranteed SEO. It was a great experience that allowed me to work on interesting projects.

      Cons

      - Workload may be a bit higher time to time but nothing unusual for an agency life.

      Pros

      The multi-cultural team at Guaranteed SEO is very welcoming and friendly! It's a pleasure to work with everyone here. Having worked for large corporations in the past, the great thing about working in a smaller team environment is there less bureaucracy, and your opinion counts, if you can back it up of course.

      Cons

      The downside to working in a small team is that your coworkers really rely on you, so if you're late on a deadline, then you have a direct impact on everyone around you. Whereas in a big company where several people do the same job, if you miss something, it will likely get picked up by someone else. So there is definitely more responsibility for your actions, or lack thereof.

      Great Management, great training and good atmosphere.

      Cons

      Pay's little low, lack of sales and most profits are going to the owner. Employees might not feel rewarded for their efforts
