Pros

Friendly coworkers, remote work. Good entry level positions if you have a bachelors in criminal justice.

Cons

Trainer acted as if this job was life or death. Any mistakes were met with a hostile reaction. For example, if you miss a comma in a sentence you are treated like you are stupid. Despite treating you like you work for counter terrorism, they pay you like you work at McDonald’s.

Pros

Criminal Justice Entry Level Work, job stability if in hard times. New York new office manager is doing his best.

Cons

Micromanagement, vacation control, hostile attitude towards proper training, and prioritizing numbers over public safety. Each supervisor is doing their best, but when you're told 1+1=3 and reprimanded for not thinking of what management was thinking to be 1+1=2 it becomes a problem. Also, management assumes everyone working from home is wasting the company's dime. They've expressed that working from home management is a pain in the a** and therefore everyone has to come in, please note someone got Covid-19 due to in person training.
