Fast paced, challenging, and sometimes frustrating. It’s a job you need to believe in and love. If you are just looking for a paycheck, this is not the company for you.
Overall not a welcoming place. No training is given. Unorganized and unfriendly office staff. The owners are nice people but they need people at the lower levels like them. Currently they do not have that.
Every time I need help I can call the office I almost always get someone. The office staff members are pleasant I got offered a higher level of pay here than many other places. Can qualify for benefits after 3 months if you work 30 or more hours consistently a week
Cons
Hard to get enough hours that meet your schedule lots of driving around that is common in this field anyway.
