      - One of the best management teams I have worked with - Leadership is attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about employees - No micromanagement or favoritism - Fully remote work environment - Strong health benefits - Generous PTO with no issues taking time off - Team is in a transitional period and actively working to improve processes and systems - Supportive, collaborative team culture - Monthly bonuses, company retreat

      - Work can be stressful due to a large client volume - Processes can be complex at times - Frequent updates and improvements can be tricky to keep up with at times - Occasional communication gaps when changes occur between departments

      We are encouraged and supported by leadership in seeking both professional and personal growth. We are cheered on by all employees and recognized for both professional and personal accomplishments.

      The only con is that there are no health benefits offered.

      Pros

      Company Culture here is the best I have ever had. Teamwork - our team is not only hardworking but always supportive and willing to help other colleagues. I have never felt more supported at any other job. The Management here really cares about the staff and it shines through with the flexibility offered, and willingness to truly hear any concerns and take them seriously.

      Cons

      None. No Cons WHATSOEVER. This place is amazing.
