      Supportive Management that Supports Work-Life Balance

      Pros

      Management is very understanding and easy to talk to. There is hybrid work options that help with work life balance. There is room to grow within the company which is always good for people looking for long term employment. There is also flexibility with time off when needed, sick and vacation time options.

      Cons

      There is a heavy work load due to the large amount of cases Guardian receives which can shift the work-life balance. There are often procedural changes implemented that can cause confusion due to steady changes in everyday tasks, Yet, management does assist in helping employees understand changes and gives grace to employees when changes are made.

      The Best Place I've Worked

      Pros

      Guardian is a great place to work if you want to learn and grow. There are strong leadership teams who are supportive and invested in employee development. The benefits are solid, and there are real opportunities for advancement within the company. One of the things I appreciate most is how much the company genuinely values its employees and you see that reflected consistently.

      Cons

      The work can be fast-paced at times, but this also contributes to the learning experience.
