Number 1 worst place for working. Management absolutely have no idea what they are doing. Many suspicious transactions exist. Willingly accept clients who should not be onboard. Toxic environment. Absolutely not recommended for working.

Founder has never spoken to majority of staff, which I find to be appalling considering we are a very tiny company. Management are rude & there is a massive lack of communication & respect, if you aren't an Azeri/Russian speaker you wont be included in their clique. I am looking to leave ASAP.

This company presents a masterclass in how not to manage a business. From the top down, a severe lack of competent leadership creates an environment of chaos and frustration. Decisions are arbitrary, and there is no consistent strategy. Favoritism reigns supreme, rewarding the favored few regardless of performance. Arrogance and petulance dominate the staff, professionalism is non-existent, and interpersonal conflicts are left unresolved. This company operates in a state of perpetual disarray, creating a toxic and unsustainable work environment.
